Fantastic Family Stay in Orlando

We spent 4 wonderful nights in a Hearing Accessible Deluxe Queen Room. The terrace offered a nice place to relax after busy days. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and we loved the nearby restaurants that made dining easy and enjoyable. Tip, take advantage of early check-in when available!

The pool area was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing after long park days. The 3 free drinks each night were a sweet perk, too!

Fantastic Staff and Incredible Breakfast

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and the breakfast was a highlight with delicious options including Mickey Waffles. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Disney Springs, and the shuttle service to the parks was super convenient. The only improvement I'd suggest is maybe offering a more varied dinner menu during the Kick Back service.

Super clean and spacious, with a fridge and microwave, which was awesome. The hot tub was huge, and the pool was never crowded. Food at the bar was solid too, but sometimes the shuttle was late, so plan ahead if you're using it!

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! The king room with a balcony was super spacious and clean. Felt totally at home. The staff was super friendly. better service than I've had at any of the Disney hotels! Loved the food at the bar too, especially during the 5.30 kickback. Just wish the parking was a bit easier.

We had a great time seeing the Epcot fireworks from our room every night! ! I mean, after a long day at the parks, there’s nothing like sitting with a slice of Pizza Hut pizza and watching those lights explode in the sky—pure magic for the kids.
